Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Nina Bakery. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return or exchange process. Please note that all returned items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition.
